Every November and December, the same thing happens in East Idaho. Office parties, school programs, family get-togethers and New Year's Eve all land on the same few weekends.

The decorations are usually the last thing anyone plans. That's a mistake. For anyone who wants balloon arches in Idaho Falls for a holiday event, Blow It Up Parties recommends booking early, and a free quote request is the easiest way to lock in a date.

Holiday Balloon Arches and Garlands for Idaho Falls Parties

A plain conference room or church gym can turn into a party with the right backdrop.

Blow It Up Parties builds balloon arches, garlands and columns in custom color palettes. Think classic red and green, frosty silver and white, or black and gold for a New Year's countdown. Every setup is designed around the event, not pulled off a shelf.

A balloon wall or arch also gives guests the one thing every party needs now: a spot for photos.

Corporate and Office Holiday Party Balloon Décor in East Idaho

Company parties are a big part of the season. A balloon backdrop behind the stage, columns at the entrance and centerpieces on the tables can make a rented hall feel planned instead of thrown together.

Blow It Up Parties decorates corporate events, grand openings and school events across Idaho Falls and East Idaho. Delivery and full setup are included, so the office party planner doesn't spend the afternoon on a ladder.

How Far Ahead to Book Balloon Décor in Idaho Falls

According to the company, most events should book at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead. Larger setups need 5 to 6 weeks.

For holiday parties in early December, that means requesting a quote in October or early November. Small changes can be made up to a week before the event, subject to availability.

Planning a birthday, baby shower or anniversary over the holidays too? The same lead times apply, so it's smart to book everything at once.
